Questions

How is this different from QuickBooks reminders?

QuickBooks sends templated reminders. Past Due Nudge escalates, sorts your customers' answers (paying by a date, already paid, disputing, wrong contact), and tells you which accounts need a call from you.

Does it connect to QuickBooks?

Not directly yet. Export the Open Invoices report from QuickBooks Online to Excel or CSV and upload it, ideally weekly. Anything missing from your next upload is treated as paid and stops getting reminders, and reminders pause if your latest upload is more than a week old.

Will it email my customers before I've seen the emails?

No. Sending starts off. You preview the three emails with your real invoices, then turn sending on. You can pause or exclude any customer.
