Past Due Nudge is operated by PhoneScreen AI LLC. We collect the details you give us (name, work email, company) and basic usage data to run the product, bill you through Stripe, and answer support requests.

When you use Past Due Nudge, you upload your open invoices (customer names, invoice numbers, dates and balances) and your customers' billing email addresses. We use them only to send reminders on your behalf, show you your accounts, and record your customers' answers. We keep the invoice rows, not the file you uploaded. Each of your customers can see only their own past-due invoices, through the link in their reminders.

Everyone who gets a reminder can stop all email from Past Due Nudge with the link at the bottom of it.

We do not sell personal data. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Support conversations may be answered with the help of an AI assistant; a person reviews anything it cannot resolve.
